To do so we will maintain a strong Health and Safety system incorporating: 

Health and Safety Standards
Maintain standards to provide a healthy and safe working environment for everyone who works, visits or conducts business at Hall Brothers. Promote a system of continuous improvement – this includes reviewing policies and procedures each year.

Accident and Hazard Reporting
Maintain effective accident/incident reporting and hazard management procedures. Ensure key staff have responsibilities and accountabilities for health and safety management. When safe to do so rehabilitation and return to work plans will be supported.

Training and Equipment
Accessible information and appropriate training in occupational health and safety. Safety and protective equipment where required.

Participation
Hall Brothers will encourage active participation by staff in the ongoing maintenance and improvement of a safe and healthy environment.

Personal Responsibility
Staff and others at workplaces must commit to high standards of safety and accept responsibility for the safety of themselves and others.

Contractor Safety
Contractors engaged must be aware of relevant legislation and of the safety requirements of Hall Brothers.

Compliance to H&S Legislation
We are committed to meet our obligations under the Health and Safety legislation, the Health and Safety in Employment Regulations, codes of practice, and any relevant standards or guidelines.
